Mindwave for Good

Email Marketing & Donor Retention for Charities

Most first-time donors never give a second time. We build donor email journeys that turn one-off gifts into ongoing support, on the CRM and email platform you already use.

Keeping donors is cheaper than finding new ones

Charities spend a lot of effort bringing in new supporters, then send them the same newsletter as everyone else. A donor who gave once to an emergency appeal, a monthly giver of five years and someone who signed a petition all need different things from you.

Getting the second gift is where most of the value is. That comes down to what happens in the weeks after the first one.

The journeys we build

  • Welcome journeys that show new supporters what their gift did.
  • Second-gift prompts timed to when people are most likely to give again.
  • Lapsed donor win-backs for people who have gone quiet.
  • Appeal sequences for Christmas, emergencies and campaign moments.

We segment by how people give and how recently, and report on donations, not opens.

Built on what you already have

You don't need to change CRM. We work inside your existing systems with limited access, and sign a data processing agreement before we touch any donor data. Our co-founder spent years at Klaviyo, and we work across the main email and CRM platforms charities use.

Donor email starts from €500 a month at our charity rate. Pair it with Ad Grants management and you save more.

Some of our
charity partners

Native woodland in autumn, seen from above

Hometree establish and conserve permanent native woodland in Ireland through afforestation, restoration and education. Their work is patient, long term and grounded in stewardship.

We're building their Google Ad Grants account from the ground up, and we're Restoration Members too. A share of what our business earns goes straight into their rewilding projects and grows as we do: a modest patch of ground for now, with plans for something you could get properly lost in.

Dublin city centre and the River Liffey at dusk, seen from above

Dublin Simon Community has stood beside people experiencing homelessness in Dublin and the surrounding counties for decades. We're proud to work with them, and honoured to play a small part.

We're supporting DSC across their digital activity, from Google Ads and search to donor email, so they can see what's driving support.

Common questions

Do we need to change our CRM or email platform?

No. We build on the CRM and email platform you already use.

How do you handle donor data?

We work inside your systems, with access limited to what we need, and we sign a data processing agreement before starting.

How much does charity email marketing cost?

Email workflows start from €500 a month at our charity rate, which is half our standard pricing. There is an extra discount if you combine email with Google Ads.

Can you help with fundraising appeals?

Yes. We plan and build appeal email sequences and can run Google Ads and Ad Grant campaigns around the same appeal.
