Google Ad Grant Suspended? We Can Help Reactivate It
If your Google Ad Grant account has been suspended or deactivated, you are not alone and it is usually fixable. We find out what triggered it, fix the account and handle the reactivation request with Google.

Why grant accounts get suspended
Google pauses Ad Grant accounts that stop meeting the programme rules. The most common reasons we see are a click-through rate below the required minimum for two months in a row, missing or broken conversion tracking, keywords that break the policy, or a website that no longer meets Google's requirements.
Often nobody is told clearly. The ads just stop, and it is only weeks later that someone notices the traffic has gone.
How we get it running again
We start with an audit to pin down the exact cause. Then we fix the account itself: removing or rebuilding weak keywords and ads, restructuring campaigns, and setting up conversion tracking that records real donations and sign-ups. Once the account is compliant, we submit the reactivation request and deal with Google for you.
We cannot promise a timeline, because Google makes the final call, but most suspended accounts can be recovered.
Fixed fee, waived if you stay with us
Grant rescue is a fixed one-off fee. If you then join us for ongoing grant management, we waive it. Either way you keep everything we build. Our Google Ad Grants management page explains how we run accounts after they are back.
Some of our
charity partners

Hometree establish and conserve permanent native woodland in Ireland through afforestation, restoration and education. Their work is patient, long term and grounded in stewardship.
We're building their Google Ad Grants account from the ground up, and we're Restoration Members too. A share of what our business earns goes straight into their rewilding projects and grows as we do: a modest patch of ground for now, with plans for something you could get properly lost in.

Dublin Simon Community has stood beside people experiencing homelessness in Dublin and the surrounding counties for decades. We're proud to work with them, and honoured to play a small part.
We're supporting DSC across their digital activity, from Google Ads and search to donor email, so they can see what's driving support.

Common questions
Usually, yes. Once the account meets the programme rules again, you can request reactivation. We cannot promise a timeline because Google decides, but most accounts can be brought back.
Google requires grant accounts to keep an account-level click-through rate of at least 5%. If it stays below that for two consecutive months, the account can be deactivated.
It is a fixed one-off fee, quoted after the free audit. If you join us for ongoing grant management afterwards, the fee is waived.
No. We work inside your existing account and keep whatever is worth keeping. Anything we rebuild stays in your account.
